Products confirmed as defective by Messenger Films, Inc. will be replaced if returned to our office within 30 days of purchase.
There will be no refunds for products sold. All items sold by Messenger Films, Inc. are sold as-is without any guarantee. By making a purchase with Messenger Films, Inc., you are confirming you have read and understand our no refunds policy.
To cancel an order you have placed with Messenger Films, please contact customer service at (813) 579-2012 or via email. We will try to accommodate your request if the item has not already shipped. Once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
All items in-stock will ship within one business day from the date the order is received via USPS or private carrier, as needed. In the event an item is out of stock, we will make every effort to contact you by email that your order will be placed on backorder. The email communication will also provide information necessary to cancel your order should you prefer not to wait for the item to be restocked.
